Sanitation worker trips in broken sewer while assisting his partner back up his truck. A Sanitation worker was helping his partner back his truck out of the garage when he stepped into a broken sewer. It was widely known in the garage that trucks had continually run over the sewer but the City failed to fix the problem. He eventually had two knee surgeries and two replacements.
