$750,000 Settlement Won for Sanitation Worker Injured on Rikers Island

Sanman trips and falls on ezpack route at Rikers. As he guided his partner out of a tight spot at Rikers, he fell into an unguarded pothole causing a hip injury. He had surgery, never returned to work. We helped him get his 3/4 pension and we also sued the City of New York for the pothole. That resulted in a settlement of $750,000.00.
